They just dropped a Blizzard Warning on us here in Chesapeake, VA

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WAKEFIELD HAS ISSUED A BLIZZARD WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO 10 PM EST SATURDAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. * AREAS AFFECTED: SOUTHEAST VIRGINIA INCLUDING THE INDEPENDENT CITIES OF HAMPTON...POQUOSON...NORFOLK AND VIRGINIA BEACH. * HAZARDS: SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITH VISIBILITIES NEAR ZERO AT TIMES. SOME SLEET WILL MIX WITH SNOW OVER NORFOLK...CHESAPEAKE AND VIRGINIA BEACH. * ACCUMULATIONS: 8 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS TO 15 INCHES POSSIBLE. * TEMPERATURES: MID 20S TO LOWER 30S. * WINDS: NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH...INCREASING TO 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 TO 45 MPH. * TIMING: SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.
