Currently 11 here and we kept most of our snow yesterday with a high of 28. I took the boy to see Rogue One and the roads were still sketchy in the afternoon.
I may be wrong but did we get this storm with a +PNA, +AO, and neutral NAO?

Sub Zero in Haywood County.

Our station in Downtown Waynesville dipped to -1.7°F and nearby up Crabtree Mtn, -4°F

Impressive indeed. We had a slight breeze on and off through the night or I think we could have dipped below zero out here in Panthers Creek. Instead we got to zero. Beautiful video also. Was that shot with the Phantom 4?

Wow, I'm at 30.7 while surrounding stations are around 27-28 degrees.  Maybe getting some snow insulating it a bit.  Need to clean it off perhaps.

I think my aspirating fan was jammed up.  Fixed it and lo and behold, the temp has suddenly fallen back to 29 so far.
