Ralph Wiggum
20F here. Feels like mid-late January. Someone please tell the weather Gods to switch the months back to their proper respective weather. Thank you. On a different note, all of the weeds that were starting to emerge last week have been put out of their misery, so there's that.

The Iceman
my station got down to 13 last night. 4 degrees colder than forecasted.. possible the models are underdoing the arctic air.
bluehens
17/9 this morning in Wilmington DE at 6:30am.....it was cold. But we have brilliant sunshine at the moment and almost a cloudless sky.
Newman
Picked up a legit 1/4" of snow from a quick snow shower. Hopefully more come through today.
RedSky
24F with a flizzard. Have a two storm glacier on the ground, multiple arctic air masses now this roughly 10 day periodic time from the first arctic hit through the next couple days is easily the coldest most wintry March time in my life. Too bad it got tainted with the blizzard bustorama.
KamuSnow
No accumulation, but we've been getting very light snow here for about the last hour. 25F. Feels like winter outside!
Hurricane Agnes
Have been getting various intensities of flurries today. Currently SN- and 24F and windy! Sun keeps trying to break through it all though.
RedSky
Zero melt the day after a snow event in the middle of March, about the only time I remember this happening was 2007 26F with flurries
BBasile
On and off flurries/snow showers here. It's 24F with a wind chill of 12. Sure doesn't seem like spring is close by.
Ralph Wiggum
This same airmass in mid January would have easily been below zero for lows and highs to 10F max in and around Philly. This type of extended Arctic March outbreak doesnt happen too often and Im with Red Sky....I dont ever recall a March this cold and snowy. I have a 7" or so thick layer of concrete ice where Im at. It will melt but it is going to take a while for March standards.
Ralph Wiggum
Interesting warnings out in the city of Philadelphia.....pedestrians being warned to stay vigilant for falling sheets of ice and icicles which "could cause crushing injuries, impalement, or even death". Lots of sidewalks closed. Just saw this on the local news.

Lots of sidewalks closed. Just saw this on the local news. They had Market St. closed yesterday between City Hall and 12th St. (as well as the sidewalks along that stretch) because of the ice falling from the buildings. The Flower Show is going on at the Convention Center this week so there are a lot of folks in town in that area due to that. It finally went above freezing here (currently 33F) but I can't imagine any of the glacial plowed mounds going anywhere any time soon. What surprised me was the winds today. Seems it is windier today than yesterday!
Hurricane Agnes
Low this morning here was 22F. Currently rebounding quickly and up to 30. Ended up hitting 26F yesterday before midnight after the temps were falling throughout the day. Still breezy though.
RedSky
13F low this morning adds to an incredible run of cold days and nights the last two weeks. Small amount of wintry mix possible tomorrow morning maybe some more of that ever popular sleet lol

Very little precip, but low temps will drop into the 20s tonight so anything that falls will be frozen.
