gravitylover
Strangely enough after several cold days and nights leading up to this the lowest layer is slush and super heavy. I was really hoping the pavement was colder going into this.
eduggs
1 minute ago, nesussxwx said: still 75/25 snow sleet ratio. good snow growth. Doubtful there is good snow crystal growth with relatively warm mid-levels. Although I suppose it's possible. Large aggregates don't constitute good snowgrowth. That just means the flakes are sticking together because of a near freezing layer. The actual snowflakes composing the aggregate could themselves be either efficiently or inefficiently grown snow crystals.
