USCAPEWEATHERAF
With a northerly wind trajectory and a delta t near 22C, there is a good chance that Ocean Effect Snow can develop in bands over the outer and mid Cape Cod region, maybe as far west as Plymouth, MA and Bourne, MA towards the afternoon of the Monday, the 19th. Models forecast a prolonged period of northerly winds, somewhat near 18 hours, so we could have extreme instability develop over the Bay of Cape Cod and we could see snowfall rates approach 1"/hour if everything sets up correctly. USCAPEWEATHERAF
With modeled 850mb temps near -10 to -12C and water surface temperatures near 9-10C, delta ts near +19-22C could yield some interesting bands on northerly flow.
