The Euro had a similar warm up, the NAM and RGEm had better temp forecasts.

They usually do this close in.  Really surprised my temp rise stopped overnight to just a crawl. Could be nasty for a while

The new 3K NAM seems like it has real value.  RGEM has always been pretty good for winter events around here.  I'm looking forward to seeing how the new NAM does in an all-snow event.

1/4" snow and about 0.15" ice in Reisterstown, Baltimore County as of 7:50 am.  Roads are a sheet of ice.

BWI up to 30, but DCA still at 29.  Temps warming east-to-west generally it looks like. Westminster-Frederick crew could be in this for awhile.

I had a low of 31, currently 33 and rain. There was a trace of ice overnight but it's mostly melted now.

The Weatherbug by the Wegmans is 26, which usually matches me.

My own temp sensor broke a couple weeks ago and I've been too busy at work to get it fixed.

Radar is showing some snow returns in loudon county, anyone seeing anything other than sleet/rain?

The drive from Inwood to Leesburg was a little sketchy but not bad as long as you aren't being stupid. Suprisingly, Loudoun co side of the mountain was worse then Clarke co. Really surprised I didn't see any wrecks or cars in the median!

Transport of warmer air from above not happening at my locale with just frozen mist falling. Interesting to see places like NYC/LI over perform with snow that was only really showing on the RGEM

Just crossed 30 here (30.1) and there is a light glaze on everything. Had some sleet mixed in at very start but quickly went all liquid, only 0.03 melted. Nothing falling at the moment, just cloudy.

Temp at 29.5 in Arlington. Good bit of ice on everything. Its raining steadily now, and the ice is becoming more crunchy and wet than slick, thank god.

Last hour has been mostly sleet. Cars and ground are quite a bit whiter than they were when I woke up. Maybe 0.2-0.3" of sleet.

Haven't seen even a single sleet pellet since 7am here near Fairfax City.  I'm at 29 degrees right now with light freezing rain.  At this point, I'd rather just warm up above freezing and get this thing over with.

Off and on Freezing Rain here in Rockville. 28.8°. Doesn't seem like we have that much ice, but every road, including some of the big ones, are in horrible condition. Already saw someone slide off the road near my house.
