This area of snow will slowly move south between 6 and 8PM and affect most of at least northern sections of Niagara andGenesee counties and all of Orleans County east toward the RochesterMetro area. When they need to be issued then they should not hesitate and today was one of those days! When they witnessed how strong that band was warnings should have replaced advisories quick but nah!!
