Bob Chill
Euro has the shortwave diving west of HB helping keep the ridge flatter in the middle of the courntry and the ull is slower and deeper. Not sure where the run is going but early on looks better than last night. Only slightly so but better than losing ground anyways.

Thanatos_I_Am
Hour 120 looks decent. More precip this time around. 850's are at about 2-5 around the area, though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Bob Chill
Better than last night but not great. 1-3" from sw-ne. Best totals NE. Decent shot of ice afterwards but nothing crazy. 850's runs like a scalded dog between 6-12z

That map shows leftover CAD and not a CAD setup. You want to see a high pressure to the N or NE funneling cold into the area on N-NE winds. That is the true definition. That map shows a high off the coast with SW winds. It's scouring away the cold. Leading into that map is cad though.
Thanatos_I_Am
A difference I've seen from 0z is backend. Last night's run showed no frozen precip at the end. 12z shows ~.15 of frozen at the end.
