Not good but it's not like the Euro is the guru anymore. it seems like it's holding the energy back and as a result it pumps the ridge ahead of it. I know it has a bias of doing this but it could be right. NAM looks good 84 hrs out but who knows with that.

I've heard others say the Euro doesn't seem as steady as it used to be, probably all anecdotal, but it definitely seems to be jumping around more lately. I'm not sure if this patter is giving it fits or the upgrade though.

These smaller events that start trending up as the event approaches and during are some of my favorites!

Yep.  6+ storms so rare, have to take what we can get with these smaller ones and hopefully over perform.  The squalls on Thursday are next..  Bernie Rayno coming out with video on squalls on Thurs.  We'll see what he says for WPa.

Got a little over 2 inches.   Was expecting to come home to more. Ratios must have been terrible.

Yeah, I think this was more of a wet snow. I noticed when I was looking at the models last night on Pivotal that the Kuchera maps were giving us less than what the 10:1 ratio maps were. So yeah, the ratios must have been lower for this one.

Looks like one more quick band that is currently in eastern Ohio may get some of us to finish things off. How are the roads out there? Haven't been out all day. I'd like to make a run to the store a bit later.

Roads overall seem to be in decent shape, maybe some covered back roads but main roads should be good.

Should be some nice scenes tomorrow for any picture taking, especially if we have clear skies after sunrise.

I got some good ones of the house and street with the Christmas lights on tonight. I always like how snow makes everything quiet outside by muffling the sound.  I'll never get tired of that.

i ended up with 4.0", 0.23" melted equivalent with the heated rain gauge.
