Hopefully it's a transient shift and not something locked-in long-term. Of course generally we still need some pretty wholesale changes to get into something more favorable. Current conditions down here: light snow and 34F. I'm guessing today is a non-event for the most part. Seems a change to rain is probability. Too warm, anyway, for much accumulating.
