The northerly winds are having no problem cooling the relatively dry air at the surface. And once the heavier precip starts it won't take long for the changeover. (Cranberry already changed over per Teas Valley) So everything still looks to be on track, the only question is how long do we stay in the enhanced precip thats being modeled overnight.
