Allsnow
13-14 was such a good winter in this area. Pretty active the entire winter and very cold. We could have cashed in during march that year also but the blocking was to strong. That month did end pretty far below avg

dmillz25
how many times in the last 10 years has a seasonal model shown a winter torch for it to verify the complete opposite ?
LongBeachSurfFreak
This weather is depressing. I hate having to worry about all the pjlants I installed in various projects this season. I'm afraid my clients think, hey it's fall and are not watering

I was whale watching in Maui a few years back on a glass bottom catamaran. Let me tell you, there is nothing like being that close a whale. This pod just kept circling the boat. Really incredible, incredible experience.

Cfa
No frost or freeze here, I'm still seeing growth on some plants, I actually just spotted a banana (plant) coming out of the soil the other day near the base of the main plant. Meanwhile my eastern prickly pear cactus (native species) has already wilted in preparation for winter.

ag3
Have seen multiple humpback whales areound debs inlet (long beach, LI) the past 2 months while fishing on boat. Spectacular site as they feed along side striped bass and bluefish. Have spotted them in as shallow as 20' and as deep as 80'.
