KBGM leading the way so far in CNY with 12.1, though a lot of these numbers were from earlier in the day...

* HAZARD TYPES...LAKE EFFECT SNOW AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS...WITH
  BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 12 BY
  DAYBREAK...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...WITHIN A NEARLY
  STATIONARY HEAVY SNOW BAND. SOME ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS ARE
