mappy
Do the models still show that cut off low for the weekend? Haven't had time to look. My sisters wedding is Saturday, outside, hoping for no rain!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Seems like if we get a cold October, it backfires on us come winter. Yep. I like AN October too for that very reason. Mid 80s, however...... Right now, it would seem to favor showers Friday evening and part of the overnight with clearing and much cooler temperatures arriving Saturday with either breezy or downright windy conditions. BristowWx
First flakes are always the hardest to come by but most satisfying. And we all have our place in line depending on where you live. I would consider a win if they occur by Thanksgiving. On Thanksgiving would be sweet.

MN Transplant
DCA got rid of the S wind and is now up to 87, only 1 degree from the record. Third straight 85+ at my house. Fairly decent chance that a good part of the region will end October with less than an inch of precip.
