I was 30-40 miles from those kinds of numbers, I had about ten too but over 36 hrs with a 15 hr break and at the end of the storm only 8 inches otg

but it was two days of wintry appeal lol

Yeah, I gotta say....14-15 really put things in perspective. Glad NYC got crushed last year. Maybe the CT valley peeps can get a Feb 2001.

I missed out on that too, .4 total IMBY, and I'm sick to my stomach again.  So I agree the NYC folks can stifle.

I was living in Westfield then.  IIRC, we picked up 23" in less than 12 hours.  Just insane how hard it snowed that day.  I remember shortly after it started telling me staff they should get going home.  I left a few hours later.  It too me 90 minutes to go one exit on the Pike from 91 to Westfield.
