If it was freezing drizzle I could see how that sneaks in there, but straight rain is hard to do. We have a tool to add "non PoP" weather like drizzle. And sometimes it's easy to click freezing drizzle by accident when you meant drizzle. Although I think BOX has a weather tool where if you forget to populate thickness values for it to work off of any precip that should be snow gets converted to ZR.
