dailylurker
Awesome storm here in AA County. Probably the best lightning show I've seen this summer. I actually ran for the door during this one lol. Nice soaking rain following behind. Beautiful evening out there.
SouthernNJ
Saw a small circulation on TADW along a Dodge Park, Glenarden, Woodmore line in Prince Georges county just SW of Bowie between 9:20 and 9:26 PM. Would not be surprised if a brief tornado occurred there in the midst of the damaging winds.
ThePhotoGuy
Impressive Winds right now. Decided to bring in the GoPro. Didn't want to risk it getting damaged.

Not sure if you remember but he lived down here for a couple of years going to Towson, I think. He's just giddy because the Sox are making an August push before their September fade. EastCoast NPZ
Ended up with .35". 1.6" in Kernstown, just 4 miles north of me. Had another batch come from the west completely die off and then jump over us and reform to the east. SMH. We are so long over-due for a tropical system. So sick of convection season. BlizzardNole
That was beautiful - so much lightning and 1.65" of rain, with about a third of it coming in a nice soaking rain after the main storm. H2O
Good storm. Kids were saying a lot of "whoa" with all the T&L. Gust front hitting was far more noticeable than Monday. Didn't get as much rain tho. Only .51"

GramaxRefugee
Drove through Bowie (might call it south side of Bowie) this morning. 2 live trees down. Generally not that bad though. 0.90" at home. Still sprinkling a bit.

Tons of lightning and thunder - pretty impressive, really - but the rain was just a little bit of a letdown. Over 1" less than Monday's storm, but I'll still take 0.51" right now, especially because it helped the AC cool things down in the upstairs a *ton*. nw baltimore wx
1.26" last night, and 2.27" in four days. The extended forecast is looking so good that I might aerate and seed this weekend. It's a little early, but it would be nice to get 6 - 8 weeks of growth before the leaves start falling.

Bob Chill
If things stay on track, we're going to have dews in the 50's and low 60's from Mon through Sat next week. It's probably going to be the nicest week of pleasant summer weather we've had all season. I know our ACs will very much appreciate it. lol
