  SOUTHWESTERN WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA...
  NORTHWESTERN PIKE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 500 PM EDT

* AT 432 PM EDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER ELMHURST...OR 7 MILES EAST OF
  SCRANTON...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.
           DAMAGE TO ROOFS...WINDOWS...AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE

Commute home looks to be terrible.

looks more like a heavy rain threat than anything else.  Agree with you on the outflow from the initial batch
