Really strong winds came through about 5 minutes ago as we ran outside to take down the umbrellas before they blew over.  Lots of leaves and small branches down here on the eastern side of North Andover, MA.  No rain yet.  Would that have been a gust front?

   SUMMARY...STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS SHOULD CONTINUE ANOTHER FEW HOURS
   AS THEY TRACK S/SE INTO MA THIS EVENING.

   DISCUSSION...A LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
   TO TRACK S/SE ACROSS SRN NH/VT/ME INTO MA THE NEXT FEW HOURS. A WIND
   GUST OF 45 KT WAS RECENTLY MEASURED AT KMHT IN NH. WHILE DEWPOINTS
   ARE 5-10 DEGREES LOWER ACROSS MUCH OF MA...LEADING TO LOWER
   INSTABILITY...0-6 KM SHEAR AND VERY STEEP LOW LEVEL LAPSE RATES
   SHOULD MAINTAIN LINEAR STORM STRUCTURES WITH PERIODIC STRONG
   DOWNDRAFTS AS THE LINE TRACKS INTO MA. SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 411
   SHOULD NOT NEED TO BE EXTENDED FURTHER AS STORMS MOVE INTO
   DOWNSTREAM WATCH 413.

   THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A

   * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
     MUCH OF MASSACHUSETTS

   * EFFECTIVE THIS SATURDAY EVENING FROM 600 PM UNTIL 1000 PM EDT.

   * PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
     ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH POSSIBLE
     ISOLATED LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE

   SUMMARY...BROKEN BAND OF STRONG/SEVERE STORMS ACROSS SOUTHERN
   VERMONT AND NEW HAMPSHIRE WILL CONTINUE TO THE SOUTHEAST FOR THE
   NEXT FEW HOURS WITH AN ATTENDANT RISK FOR ISOLATED DAMAGING
   WINDS...AND PERHAPS SOME HAIL.

   THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 25
   STATUTE MILES NORTH AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 25 MILES NORTH
