ict1523
Was driving through Queens, the downpour by Forest Park was intense. Wall of white, roads became rivers in less than 5 minutes. And it shut off as abruptly as it started. And right after it ended, I got the flash flood warning on my phone...

NJwx85
Well that was scary. Rivers around here are rising rapidly but hopefully we'll avoid anything more than minor flooding. At one point nearly every street in town was flooded. The scary part is the 00z RGEM has an additional 2-3" falling here tomorrow.

bluewave
6.40 inches of rain in a short time west of Baltimore produced this deadly flash flood. I am thankful that our recent 6 to 13 inch flash flood events on Long Island were on flat terrain without this fast moving water.
NJwx85
The main focus point for today looks to be in a roughly 50 mile radius surrounding Trenton.
