Impressive dewpoint spread across southern MN this afternoon. Dew points have mixed out into the 40's in spots across the TC's with MSP reporting a 42F at 19z, while in RST it is 80F as of 20z... Very dry air noted above the shallow most layer on the 12z MPX sounding.

yeah. Already feels worse out there than yesterday did all day. No mcs to ruin the potential. Prolly see HI around 105-108 today. 

Yesterday was a complete fail, HI never peaked past 93.

I'm the idiot going to the demo derby in Joliet tonight for tailgating and people watching.  Already pounding the water and hoping the rain holds off.
