yoda
We don't tend to do multiple rounds well except for a few of the big time events. I always assume outflow or storms themselves will stabilize us too much for a lot of intensity from subsequent rounds. We'll see - but you've trained me well to be very pessimistic mostly. True, but places SW of DC don't look convectively overturned as of yet

MN Transplant
yeah maybe tho the main zone of air mass destruction is ~potomac and east so far. germantown cell may ruin it tho. For us a bit to the west I think we are still looking at the stuff in the WV panhandle. Lost about 8 degrees from the little cell (0.02" precip!). Kmlwx
I wouldn't be surprised to see some FFWs go up as well with how lit up the radar is locally. Obviously it's not just sitting but seems like some places will get dumped on for quite some time.

WEATHER53
2010 had monster snow and I had 3 of the worst 5 thunderstorms I ever experienced including the morning mauler, and a 2pm afternoon event where Nws team reported slivers of 90mph gusts in our subdivision. 2016 monster snow snd DC is getting some more than typical events including the recent all time hailer around Rockville
