Sounds like another wall cloud report, but it's not low to the ground.  Tops have gone down and it looks less "tornado-ey" on radar so the SVR makes sense, but wow at the wind/hail in the text.

I wonder if it's in the process of collapsing. Looking rather un-intense now on echo tops as you said. Even reflectivity is looking a lot less robust.

Tops going back up on the Martinsburg storm, the ASOS measured a 34kt gust and wow at that line booking out from western PA.

Yep - just saw that after my last post. Wonder if it'll continue to struggle though. Probably is ingesting air that the Loudoun cell chewed up a bit already. I'm not sure it'll have as good of a peak as earlier.

So it's not predicted to stay a uniform line? I've been craving a big wind event for four years now.

Line perhaps but not severe. I'm doubtful you'll get a big wind event. Locations are turned off so I don't know where you're from. Perhaps if you're deep into VA to the west and south of DC you might get something severe later on. Right now heavy rain is the primary threat with the stuff later.

Whoops, I thought I had my location on for some reason. I'm in northern Fredericksburg. Sigh.  :sleepy:
