  • 2 weeks later...

Overnight guidance a bit more unsettled for Mon Jul 4th after what seems like a very sunny/warm weekend Fri-Sun 1st - 3rd.   Trough and front timing and amount of storms to be ironed out next 10 days.

83 - 87 some scattered storms

Latest guidance remains in the mid to upper 80s range for the 4th after some afternoon/evening storms on the third. Fri - Sun look warm 85 - 90 range.

My wedding is Sunday in Port Jeff. Hoping it doesn't rain for the ceremony at 4 which is outside. After that I'm not too concerned as the reception is indoors.

Congratulations!!! Even if it does end up raining, may that be the worst of your concerns to ever have to face together

What's everyone doing for the weekend.  Hosting a BBQ Saturday with the new American themed corn hole set I built. Will be at the beach the rest of the weekend. Water temps 70 or even better now. Get out there.

Props for building it yourself, interesting you went with two sets of legs, I only have the one set of legs in the back of the ones I built years ago now.

Last minute decision to add the extra legs in the middle. I built the boards with 2x2's instead of 2x4's to try and make it as sleek as possible in an attempt to pack it in the car for camping trips. The two extra legs were just for more stability

Rgem is faster and looks like a big soaker

The RGEM had been dreadfully slow since its upgrade last year with most events. Using the NAM though which also tends slow I would say anyone from about central northern NJ east sees nothing before 10pm other than spotty light rain here or there.
