lol, no kidding. My intention is to bring in 3" loam and cover all grass then hydroseed. We need to start over. I was told we could go direct over existing grass without killing it first, so that's the plan.

Some of that will make it thru your other surface anyways

Don't give up guys.  Cold front has to come through over weekend with weak waves moving along it.  Coming into 70F dews it really should produce for us.  12Z GFS has a nice QPF swath coming through.  Here is 24 hour cumulative  precip ending at 129 hours.  Hopefully not another tease.

Looks like BTV had a low of 71F right around midnight, but by 2-3am it was back up to 75F with 20-30mph gusts out of the south from the nocturnal jet that develops there.

With mid-70s for most of last night, I wonder if they can pull off a rare near 80F min tonight.  They won't be dropping really at all if that southerly flow ramps back up overnight.

Over here we went calm and had a low of 56F which was nice.  When I woke up we were 20F colder than BTV on the other side of the Spine lol.

That place is ridiculous with their torches.

Eyewall needs to make a beeline and head over/near the spine with you, JSpin, mreaves, etc. He should check realtor.com for listings in JSpins neighborhood.:snowman:

The saying around here is that the great thing about Burlington is that it is so close to VT :P

Its possible, But there were a few openings there now once Mckay, Cupo retired, And Mannix just being a fill in, I kind of got the scuttle on Cupo and Mannix leaving

They are really playing up the return of Carson with their commercials right now.

I would like to meet him, especially after that TDS exchange we had on Facebook where he didn't really believe our assessment, and see what he's really like.

I'm not sure how it started, but somehow our MIC and Keith got to talking about a possible TDS that day we issued a few TORs. Being the radar and dual-pol focal point in the office I got looped in. I determined it wasn't a TDS for a number of reasons (not collocated, was stationary, etc), and gave my best explanation for the signature. I thought that cool outflow allowed the beam to refract enough to "see" the top of Mount Abraham. Keith didn't really buy it and said he was going to ask Dr. Forbes.

It also was away from the wind farms as well so that had no roll in it either

I'm confident it was not a TDS, but I can't say with 100% certainty what it was.

Did anyone from the office go do a damage assessment? Or was it in a to remote area or you guys were comfortable with the radar returns to not do one?

There were no real reports of damage worth checking out. And believe me, we had a vested interest in it being a TDS because it was well within a TOR.
