SnowGoose69
Maybe. It could also end up being a mostly dry afternoon Even the RGEM which has been dreadfully slow since its upgrade has everything done by 20Z

SnowGoose69
12z euro chopped way back The latest HRRR albeit near the end of its run when it's less reliable seems to shot most of the activity over NE PA and NWRN NJ and almost indicates it's done by 12-14Z if you extrapolate it

Animal
It's the NAM, cut it in half. 18Z GFS has max QPF over our area.
UnionWeatherWx
18z gfs is wet for most of the board. Although it has a nasty "dry slot" from CT through Trenton. More north and south of these locations. Less than .5".

WeatherFeen2000
I think we get at least .30-.60 of rain
Animal
I think we get at least .30-.60 of rain Watch and see where the heavier bands set up. Local NWS forecast in my area is 1 to 1.5 inches of pure H2O Anything less than 3/4 of an inch of rain will be a bust.
Brian5671
radar looks like it's all going west of us...
Animal
radar looks like it's all going west of us... well if the 0 Z nam is right. NWS will look foolish. 0.25 to at most 1/2 inch of water from the sky for the area.
WintersGrasp
The heavier band should set up from SE PA to SNJ and head NE. Im sure there will be be some areas that receive 2-3" of rain, but most probably will not
ForestHillWx
Raining here now, took a while to get gong, but very thankful to get some decent rains.
winterwx21
The HRRR really clears the rain out nicely for the afternoon hours. The calls for a Memorial day washout and changing plans have puzzled me. Sure there will be rain in the morning, but most people have cookouts during the afternoon/evening. Should be fine for outdoor activities during the afternoon. Animal
O Z GFS was a kick in the nutz. Sorta silly that this event is nothing more than a quick hitting small pop up t-storm. 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain
