bluewave
Stick a fork in this one, seasonal trend of dry wins. Modelling has backed off the storm, but unsettled through next Wed. Very impressive dry pattern this spring. NYC hasn't had an inch or more of precip since February 24th. NYC is currently the driest on record at 4.55 vs 4.95 in 1885 for spring. JerseyWx
Is the rain in NJ going to make it to Long Island? It seems most of the heavy rain that's currently in NJ is moving to the Northeast. LI should get some rain, but it might miss out on the heaviest stuff.
winterwx21
The nam busted badly with this storm. Had over an inch for most right up until this morning The NAM was way overdone, but GFS busted badly with this storm as well. All those runs that showed us getting almost nothing. It's raining moderately out there and we're closing in on a quarter inch. We're getting a compromise between NAM and GFS for this storm.
