That storm is also TOR warned now. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK HAS ISSUED A

 
* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL HALL COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF TEXAS...
 
* UNTIL 615 PM CDT
 
* AT 541 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED 7 MILES WEST OF MEMPHIS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
 
  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HAIL UP TO TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER. 
 
  SOURCE...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FUNNEL CLOUD.

Supercell near Sublette, KS (SW of DDC) appears to be developing rotation. Has consistently had 40-60kt inflow for the last half hour. Briefly had a TVS with 100+kt gtg couplet a few scans ago, possibly even a TDS with it too.
