that was fast. Multiple towers going up along much of the dryline... things are going to get hectic here for the next few hours probably... and especially between 23-03Z.

* UNTIL 545 PM CDT
 
* AT 520 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTH OF FOWLER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  15 MPH.
 
  HAZARD...TORNADO AND HAIL UP TO TWO INCHES IN DIAMETER. 
 
  SOURCE...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FUNNEL CLOUD. 
 
  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT 
           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. 
           DAMAGE TO ROOFS...WINDOWS AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR.  TREE 
           DAMAGE IS LIKELY.

* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

    

* AT 536 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A

  TORNADO WAS LOCATED VERY NEAR HAYNE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

 

  HAZARD...TORNADO AND TENNIS BALL SIZE HAIL. 

 

  SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION. 

 

  IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT 

           SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.

this cell that all the severestudio people are on is getting close to producing, wall cloud keeps getting lower, funnel cloud starting to go. Wouldn't be surprised to see something on the ground in the next 5-10

 

EDIT: looking on the map, I believe it is the Dodge City cell

Has a very impressive hook on reflectivity. Hard to see, but it does, it also connects with the boundary... rotation is strengthening on radar and with the wall cloud visually. Its about to go. DDC under the gun... Busy time for DDC NWS, 5 tornado warned storms in their CWA.

HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO. 

 

SOURCE...PUBLIC CONFIRMED TORNADO.

yep absolutely the past few scans the couplet has gotten stronger. also the reflectivity scan has a nice little swirl to it that you dont get to see unless the radar is that close.
