Last 16 months in Chester County Pa - 8 above normal and 8 below normal....can you say normal?

April here in NW Chesco will finish (0.6) below normal our first below normal temp month since October 2015. The big picture over the last 1 1/2 years shows 8 months above normal and 8 months below....call me shocked that weather is...well  - you guessed it average overall,

 

My biggest concern is my thoughts that a dry summer will be on the way...we are only 2% below normal to date - hoping for some beneficial rains over the next week or so....I am not optimistic on a wet summer for the farmers in our county
