jburns
Since it is about to be May I think it is safe to start this month's banter thread with a dive. Not from a cliff but from a plane. This is my youngest's latest adventure in her ongoing year in New Zealand. Ah, to be young again. The entire video is well done. However, for those in a hurry, the jump starts at about 2:10. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3s0UyZfMWoTQnBZMXJ5V053VWc/view?usp=drive_web

jburns
Storm hit right when I was leaving work. Had to pull over and go inside a Burger King. Lots of hail. One hit me in my knee when I was running inside and it hurt. The legend continues to grow.

Very serious taking geology, oceanography, environmental courses, what degrees at App would qualify to get me a orange tag? Plus I plan on continuing my education beyond App at another university. calculus1
You need to actually have the degree before you get a red tag. I don't know the rules for orange tags. Sent from my 6045O using Tapatalk

Wet ground means lower temps, and shorter length heat waves.....course I would rather have 103 with a DP in the 40's instead of 92 with a DP of 80 lol. Snowless in Carrollton
May, June, and July are the most boring months for weather. At least by August there's usually tropical activity to track. I hate this time of year !

Sick and tired of rain every day. I've literally seen rain/storms every single day since last Wednesday. I'm ready for the friggin' drought. I am okay with a good two week stretch without any rain, unless we get a storm in the evenings after 8:00. I don't want my kids to be making up baseball and t-ball games in July.
