Too many clouds and a chance of thunderstorms will most likely hinder that chance of hitting 90. The models usually underestimate the warmth, particularly with respect to overnight lows in and around the city. Other models have it further NW and interacting with a cold front giving us a wet morning into the afternoon. Not good for parades and BBQ's.
