nwohweather
Hell of a couplet there west of Tyler and the hail core is a monster with an environment of high SRH values of 600 and 2000 CAPE. Unfortunately rain wrapped again

andyhb
VAD profiler from SHV indicates that storm is moving into some very favorable wind fields for tornadic potential. Excellent speed/directional shear in the lowest 6 km enhanced by the backed flow INVOF the warm front.

Buckeye05
Couplet near Lindale, TX is close to maxing out the inbounds from SHV. If it was down it went directly though town. Hope not, because Lindale was hit fairly hard by by an EF2 back in December. Also those cells south of the Metroplex are looking a little more interesting. andyhb
Supercell that formed on the flanking line of the original tornadic storm is now intensifying near Gilmer. Environment is contains very strong low level shear with ESRH >500 m2/s2 and still has MLCAPE of ~1500 J/kg (i.e. clearly supportive of significant tornadoes). Effective shear has also increased since earlier (>50 kts).
