Kokomo hasn't even seen a flake yet. :(

:axe:

Should be starting soon though.

What a storm... I am up to 7.2 inches. In the last 1 3/4 hours we've had another 1.4 inches of snow so it really picked up. For 30 minutes to an hour it was pouring down great big flakes. This is some of the prettiest snow I've ever seen.

Congrats. So that, at least, doubles your season total to date, huh? Very nice.

Its looking less and less for areas east of INDY right now. Lots of the moisture is drying up as it heads east. The latest models are really hinting at less and less QPF for areas in Ohio. We may be lucky to get an inch. We'll see but I am starting to see the writing on the wall

Buckeye's map from over a week ago is going to verify:

6.5" in the undisturbed area. This means we're probably approaching 7 inches. I guess we'll see around 9pm.

Still snowing but pretty light.

BTW, I had to walk out into the middle of the back yard and knock the snow off the Davis. It had piled up enough on it that it blocked the wind cups from spinning lol. Man was it deep out there in the yard. Snow depth now over 13 inches.

I measured the snow depth in my parent's yard a little while ago and came up with 10" or so. Granted they retain snow like a glacier in their neighborhood. Shame it's going to get wiped out soon.

Yeah we sure have built up a very respectable snowpack across most of the corn belt. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens with that next storm. My gut feeling is it tracks a little further southeast, with a large shield of freezing rain setting up somewhere. Someone may end up getting one hell of an ice storm out of that if they can stay below freezing for any length of time.

Chad's got 3.0 at WLFI. It seems like we've either met or exceeded expectations in every event this winter.

Still not a darn flake in Kokomo.

Also not to 11" yet here either.

Tipton is up to just over an inch or so, falling pretty hard here though. Just drove from Peru to Tipton and didn't notice much until I got near Tri-Central on 19, then it went downhill pretty fast.

High-end light snow (accumulating variety). Ruler stands almost right at 4.0".

Some lake effect/enhanced showers pushing inland off the lake. Could see some intermittent heavier bursts with these as they interact with the main synoptic lift.

ya its slowly moving here from out by you, maybe will pick another 1" up if it can hold together.
