Heisy
Plenty of radar hallucinations tomorrow. It is going to be more like snow hallucinations. I know I'll have my head out the window staring at a dark spot to see if I can notice a snow flake mixing in with the heavy rain.

Amped
GFS 00z is a lot warmer than 12z. Now there is only a narrow stripe of accumulating snow, where 12z had a widespread 4-8. I'm not optimistic about anyone below 1000ft in eastern PA getting much accumulating snow at this point. Big win for the Euro if this is what happens. Voyager
That line (per the PA511 freeway cameras) is putting down some snow near Carlisle at the moment, but behind it looks dry.
Birds~69
Sun coming through...night and day from E to W. Took a walk, sun starting to rise as normal. To the West much more dark/clouds moving in...Birds are having a field day chirping though.
Voyager
The initial line of snow means business. At least out in the Harrisburg area. This pic is from I-81 about 5 miles west of the 81/78 split...

Ralph Wiggum
6z NAM and GFS are much warmer. Hardly any accumulating snows more than an inch or so most of SE PA.
Voyager
I don't know what's going to transpire later on, but for right now it doesn't look good for SEPA. The current radar depiction argues for a northern PA "sweet spot"...

Voyager
Nothing here yet., and unless my eyes are deceiving me, it sure looks like it's falling apart as it moves east-northeast thus creating another famous "Tamaqua split"...
ChescoWx
Light snow here in NW Chester County but looks like heavier stuff moving in shortly from the SW Temp 34.8 DP 28.7 Only need 1.2" here to top the 40" mark for the year - we shall see

Birds~69
I've mowed mine twice already this year, and it does look a little shaggy at the moment... Mowed the "front" twice and the "back" once which needs cutting. That would be really screwed up if I go out to cut the lawn and it starts snowing.... Nothing here yet...36.1F

Birds~69
Mod- heavy stuff... lawns/car tops semi covered.....no shot of pavement getting coating though. It would have to be a blizzard for anything to cover hard surfaces. Temps actually went down (34.3F) but it's going to be tough this time of year.... Amped
It was looking great for inland areas but of course the models pulled back at the last second. American models were terrible with this. Precip looks much lighter and further north than I expected. That dryslot is killing everything.
Birds~69
huge snowflakes here in Newcastle de. not sticking yet though. Snowing pretty damn hard here. It's doing it's best but I don't see any shot of this sticking during daylight time ...if so, it melts right away once it slows down. Meh...it's April..dropping though 33.8F
RedSky
RGEM has an area of .50-.75" qpf much further north than the American models this is a chaotic system to predict.
soadforecaster
im trying to get a picture of the snow but it does not do it justice. some of the biggest snowflakes I seen in my life here at work, at least sliver dollar sized flakes and its just puking them. looks like this storm is giving its all out there and it still cant stick.
