Hurricane Agnes
I maxed out at 85F yesterday with a morning low of 58F. For today, I actually hit a high of 73F at around 2 am and then that cold front sunk down over MBY and I'm down to 60F now and still slowly dropping. Doesn't feel like it is going to recover much with the overcast. Edit add - getting some sprinkles out there.
Chief83
.02 in Worcester from a brief shower around 9:45 AM. Hardly worth mentioning but my wife's car window decides to get stuck down today.
Hurricane Agnes
Looks like my 2 am 73F was my high for the day. Once the temp dropped with frontal passage and finally started recovering, I only made it to 69F at about 4 pm. Expect it to plummet tonight (started bringing in some tender houseplants that don't like those low to mid-50s).

Hurricane Agnes
Just finished bringing my sensitive tropicals in. Bottomed out at 50F this morning and was the chilliest since May 16th when it dropped to 40F here. May barely hit 70F for my high today (currently 69.4F). Definitely a beautiful fall day with not a cloud in the sky!
Hurricane Agnes
Glad I brought the tender plants in yesterday. Dropped to almost 48F early this morning. I did finally manage to hit 70F yesterday around 4 pm-ish.
RedSky
Second morning with a low of 45. Yesterday's high was 68. Our weather is radically changeable and unpredictable anymore. On Friday this was looking like a two day barely seasonable cool down followed by a quick extended warm up. Over the weekend things morphed into repeated reinforcing cool shots this week. RedSky
GFS continues to be the only model showing the tropical disaster scenario now down to 8 days, wouldn't put money on the threat. More interested on the far western track having ripple effects in eastern Canada and sending down anomalous cold air in the long range like Sandy. How outrageous would snow flakes in mid October be two years in a row? But not if it means a hot winter go east please.

Hurricane Agnes
Bottomed out @ 42.3F this morning. That oughta trigger some leaf color changes. I had seen some sugar maples and magnolias starting some fall color. Seems many of the Sycamores and Buttonwoods pretty much gave up the ghost with the earlier dry spell and many of their leaves are crispy brown.
