snowgeek
22.5F and dropping here which is pretty amazing on April 4th with the solar angle. About 2" now with moderate snow easily making it the biggest storm of the year here lol! Alb could very easily end up with 2nd worst snow seasonal total for the year. 13.8" is in clear sight (was sure we would get last place this year...oh well). Radar looks quite healthy to the west! HIPPYVALLEY
looks to be 3 to 4 hour band of steady light ...occasionally bursting moderate to low end heavy. rad is too shredded to be very uniform, but it can get nasty in burst in this scenario. Yeah, intensity varying rapidly at times here from light to solid moderate despite whatever radar shows.
Cold Miser
Lol wut? lol. What am I looking at? Time frame? Total over the course of the day?
backedgeapproaching
King of sad to say, but probably best daylight rates of the season right now---only took to April Only heavier was several nighttime upslope events. 21F SN
Baroclinic Zone
You'll pretty much triple the amounts up towards Ray and the NE MA folks in that scenario. I'm still looking for the 6-7" the NAM gave me for yesterday. Initial band just about done.

Spanks45
It will be interesting to see what happens here. Models show rain coming in with the next batch, but heavier snow just the north and east. Our temperature has been hanging right around 30 degrees, haven't had snow for a couple of hours.
RIcoastalWX
33.5/30 - sprinkles, flurries and occasional sleet pellets. Light winds (<10mph). E to ESE earlier now E to ENE.

NAM looks like it mishandled that band...12z run hardly barely even had 0.1" for GFL (and almost zero after 15z) and they're ripping pretty good for the next couple hours at least. dendrite
Grass is almost totally covered at home. Down to 3/4SM at LCI. Lots of mod to hvy obs from ALB to FIT.
CCHurricane
The 29F with moderate snow at HYA on a ESE wind might be even more impressive than ACK's 36F an -SN. Hy-line down in Hyannis recently upgraded their webcam and it is an awesome view (clean, no stuttering, live shot). https://www.hylinecruises.com/webcam/

powderfreak
--SN (flurries) and 16F. Lovely...bitter damp cold for April and some flurries. I liked Tamaracks "two whiffs and a cutter in 5 days" sums up winter 15-16...the one that keeps wanting to be the worst winter ever.

powderfreak
ALB now reporting heavy snow...is that their first of the season? Ha, they had some earlier in this event. My folks said they have 2-3" and it's by far the largest of the season.

Nikoss427
Nothing happening here. I ended up going to work since my school (Willington) got canceled. It's great to have the building to myself to get some paperwork done. Looks like we're basically done in my area.

jsw
Ground is coated by about a half inch, and snowing moderately. Radar looks good for a few inches or so. After this crappy winter, both my dog and I are stoked! This is Brattleboro, VT, or course, as noted to the left.
