Cells seem to have weakened once hitting the water, although there is another decent one just to our south and west. Ocean always screws it up.... I think the heavy stuff comes in after 3am Elevation is obviously a factor. A safe bet would be for those above 500' to atleast see some accumulation. Car tops & grass with a slushy coating here.
