Assuming the MOS is reasonably accurate through 4/19, the odds favor April's finishing with a below normal monthly temperature. If that happens, April would be NYC's first colder than normal month since June 2015. However, there still remains some chance that the second half of the month could be sufficiently warm to wipe out the cold anomaly.
