BristowWx
It was good at elevation and away from our area today. Driving to MI I went through Somerset and Donegal on PA turnpike and it was a blizzard at 31F. Accumulated even on the road. Outside those areas nothing at lower elevation. 40s and rain

Put an end to this circus of a winter apart from one magnificent storm. its felt like pulling teeth from a cow just to get a dusting in the last month. CAPE
RAP looks pretty good. Better chance of getting an inch or 2 tonight than yesterday, especially along I-95 and east.

mitchnick
Strange radar loop over PA. Almost looks like an upper level low spinning up there but I guess it's just in response to the larger trough coming east. http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/northeast_loop.php

CAPE
For our subforum, this event still may be decent for a small area. Dover to Lewes could get in on some good banding/fronto briefly. If it comes down heavily there could be 2-3 inches in that area. West of there to maybe I-95, probably an inch or less. 4k NAM shows the potential for Delaware... Bob Chill
It will be 7 months before it attempts another return. Couple of nukes on the eps first couple days of April. Should have another chance to fail on the table later this week.

CAPE
Yes snow pellets and 40.3 degrees … great to be east of I-95 NAM, RGEM, and RAP all show an inch or 2 here. Maybe 3 in Delaware. Probably will fail but more track worthy than yesterday. That had no chance.
