I really don't think we see much from Matthew. Clouds, a breeze, but I really don't think it's a big issue here.

I hope you're right, but not sure i have the balls to strip a roof off.

I was in Pittsburgh over the weekend, did you get a final rainfall total for our area?

I never did - it ended up being a nice rain though because it got stationary Saturday and just rained all afternoon. We were out and about so I never got a chance to clear the gauge.

I think AlertPA has made a mistake and has a date screwup from last weekend. Here is the zone forecast for Mechanicsburg - http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=40.2143&lon=-77.0086#.V_ess1JMb3A

No watches or warnings anywhere in the state tomorrow.

Tonight
A slight chance of drizzle or light rain between midnight and 3am, then a chance of rain or drizzle after 3am. Increasing clouds, with a low around 57. Light east wind. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Saturday
A chance of rain or drizzle before 9am, then showers likely, mainly between 9am and 3pm. Cloudy, with a high near 65. Light east wind. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
Saturday Night
Isolated showers before 9pm. Cloudy during the early evening, then becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 49. Northwest wind 5 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

yep, i looked yesterday late afternoon and it wasn't there. i just assumed they pulled it/changed it. I've been keeping pretty close eye on it for Saturday because of roofing.

Solid cold morning in the valleys to start the day. THV hitting the freezing mark with some spots between Gettysburg and Chambersburg dipping below that. Sitting in the upper 30's down here in MD. How's everyone enjoying the fall weather? I'm loving it, although Mother Nature wants to poo poo on fall this coming week. Looks like a nasty WAA regime ahead of the front.

We hit freezing here this morning.

Looks like we should have an "official" Indian Summer next week, always nice not having to wear a coat in mid October.
