Yeah. Just strong enough SW flow to keep the seabreeze in check.

 

Or to overcome a seabreeze.  Six years ago in early April, I was at Mercy Hospital (wife having knee replacement) overlooking the Fore River in PWM.  About 4 PM the easterly breeze was replaced by a stiff SW wind, and PWM's temp rose from 59 to 84 in less than 15 minutes.

ORH is 70! Good chance they smash

That's impressive.

Even East Slopes like Goshen at 1,400ft is 72F with 73F at Ashfield similar elevation.

Without green up or vegetation everyone roasts in these...even those spots that in the summer struggle to rise are getting torched.

Just watched WMUR up here in NH.  If I heard him correctly the noon temp at Concord of 73F not only broke today's record but is the highest temperature ever recorded through the first 13 days of March.  Records go back to 1870.

CON had 73F on 3/7/1876, but they will break that. This will be the warmest temp ever recorded for so early in the season.
