Torchageddon
Wow, pretty extreme TVS out over the open Gulf south of Mobile. Won't be on shore for a long time. Might be a record strength open ocean "waterspout." Does this level of intense couplet ever occur in the ocean like that? This is just nuts. Is James Spann rocking it live yet? ClicheVortex2014
Wonder if it really rains fish. I've been waiting to test that myth. It does. There's been documents of it in Australia. But yeah this would be a good opportunity

rolltide_130
I'm wondering if it hit any oil rigs..... Most of the oil rigs are west of Gulf Shores around the Fort Morgan area. Hopefully it missed those.

David Reimer
Circulation may be occluding - not necessarily a good thing as it moves closer to Pensacola. Will need to monitor for a new circulation or just another uptick.

Will need to monitor for a new circulation or just another uptick. Yeah it's been proven to be a cyclical tornadic supercell. Hopefully it stops there, but it looks like this entire supercell cluster is nasty.
jshetley
It's obvious that the I-85 area from ATL through GSO is out of the severe threat. This includes the Charlotte metro area. The cold air damming is getting stronger as the evening goes on. This could be an I-95 and east threat only.

Most of the oil rigs are west of Gulf Shores around the Fort Morgan area. Hopefully it missed those. The last thing they need on the shore is an oil tornado (oilnado). Way to early to say such things, people have a nasty habit of speaking in absolutes when dealing with the weather....I wouldnt want to be on that warm front tomorrow as that may well be where some of the longer lived and stronger tornados occur. I bet this warm front gets further inland than you think...
