eyewall
It appears to be a snow to rain event here in the CPV which means we will still come out of it with bare ground, but could be somewhat interesting none the less.

tamarack
Areas north and away from the coast in CNE/NNE will see some moderate snow from this one Only the mountains, as portrayed by the GYX map. Their probability table gives Farmington only a 38% chance of exceeding 2", a 2% chance for 4"+. Their mid-range forecast map has my area in the <1" color. Close to the 1", though. (And going OT, it's turned the midweek event into a cutter.)

ORH_wxman
Snow OTG in the morning.. 50-55 afternoon It might already be dripping by sunrise in this...at least in SNE.
Damage In Tolland
It might already be dripping by sunrise in this...at least in SNE. Yeah seems like it ends as rain. If this ends up dropping 1-2 inches..this is the definition of a stat padder. Purely just for seasonal totals By 2:00 you'd never know it snowed. dryslot
There won't be much on the ground other then wet pavement for many outside of the higher elevations
ORH_wxman
RGEM really likes the ski areas tonight and tomorrow: May need to watch for a sneaky couple to 3 inches into ORH county and Berkshires for SNE. Could be a decent little burst. Keep in mind though that the RGEM has been a lot more bullish on this than other guidance.
SR Airglow
12z RGEM is really bullish for NNY/NH/VT, especially for the mountains where it's close to low end warning(Verbatim it is in the Greens and Whites).
HoarfrostHubb
RGEM has been pretty bullish at times all season

powderfreak
12z RGEM really robust here tonight. This is just through 12z tomorrow. Would be largest snow of the season I think. I'll eat my hat if I get half inch of QPF tonight.
Sugarloaf1989
Thinking about skiing at MRG again on Saturday, but the change to rain has me concerned.
CT Valley Snowman
Yeah seems like it ends as rain. If this ends up dropping 1-2 inches..this is the definition of a stat padder. Purely just for seasonal totals By 2:00 you'd never know it snowed. Classic 3 for 4 night to pad your stats while the team us losing 10-0. A momentary good feeling overwhelmed by the overall poor performance of the team, just like this winter.
powderfreak
HRRR with a nice burst of snow tonight in most places straight through NNE and SNE moving east.

tamarack
Hope we get enough atop a rather thin covering to make the trails in Farmington fit for the dog teams this weekend. Afternoons might be a bit sloppy both days. After Aroostook State Park had to cancel tomorrow's Winter Family Fun event, it would be a shame (though right in line with this "winter") if the Maine Championship Dogsled Races got scratched as well. SR Airglow
GYX now calling for 2-4" in Lincoln tonight, thinking we have a good shot at the higher end of that range. Loon tomorrow morning should be sweet assuming they leave something ungroomed(which sadly is a question you have to ask there )

dendrite
Should be a couple of inches here. That first band should peeter out...better forcing will come in behind it. This is more of a NNE/CNE event anyways. I'm not too concerned about temps. We have a ton of room to wetbulb down.
Typhoon Tip
Pretty cool lookin' sky-scape in the west this hour from here. Can see a thinned overcast shinning brightly on the very western horizon, immediately preceded by a silhouetted downward roiling virga plumes.
