Quite interesting with the meso low near the mouth of the bay. Checking out Thomas Point Light (near annapolis), winds went NE @ 2pm and are now NNE. Southern tip of the delmarva is now SSE winds and temps in the low 40's.

We're preserving our CAD dome for quite a long time without a HP to the N and strong southerly flow not too far off the deck. From a nerd perspective it's a pretty cool part of the event.

Just walked outside here in Colesville - crunchy layer on top of the snow. Road seems fine - a salt truck went through this afternoon followed by a plow scraping (and sparking) on bare pavement. The trees don't really seem that icy yet.

freezing drizzle right now. I haven't been watching radar much but just looking at the layer of crust outside it seems more like a sleet layer vs a straight up ZR layer.
