Central VA at times looked good. Don't remember seeing somd in the crosshairs. I'm glad they got a nice one out of this. They didn't do so well with the blizz. Won't take super long with any sort of rates to get to freezing. The thing that's catching my eye, though, is that Raleigh is still 30 and Richmond at 29. That's on the cold side of guidance.
