usedtobe
I didn't see the Euro forecast prior to writing the article. I don't think it would have changed much except to note that it now has a front end thump like the 12NAM. We're still keeping 1-3 inch city and 2-4 just west and north of the city with heavier amounts farther to the north and west. Not so sure about the ice amounts. I never feel good about them https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/capital-weather-gang/wp/2016/02/14/winter-storm-spreads-across-d-c-region-monday-tuesday-bringing-snow-ice-and-heavy-rain/

WinterWxLuvr
That's a forecast of a significant storm out here...and your ice forecast here is ominous to say the least.
Harv_poor
Another easy to follow article. I really find reading them helpful in summarizing teh models and understanding the logic leading to the forecast.

You should be able to read 5 a month free. If you've used up your limit, open an incognito tab and you should get a clean slate.
