I'm at 27/8 may not be kinda nasty tomorrow in the CAD areas of upstate and NC once it saturates, we could be down into Low 20s. Not good!! sparklecity Posted February 15, 2016 Share Posted February 15, 2016 28° / 3°. Wet bulb of 22°. Cloudy and dry. Radar looking somewhat intriguing back in AL. Precip looks to be blossoming a bit. Would be nice to get some precip in before daybreak. I think I recall that our really bad ice storm around 2000 was forecast to turn to rain as well and didn't.
