IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE

I got completely crushed by that squall last year. It hit on 2/14 last year.

Here's the video i took. Blizzard conditions.

 

I def remember seeing those conditions.  My wife and I got caught in Columbia trying to get some dinner that night.  We def weren't expecting that and the Columbia/Elkridge area got slammed.  Roads got really bad really fast.
