ORH_wxman Posted February 20, 2016 Share Posted February 20, 2016 The longwave pattern definitely favors a Cleveland Steamer....but it's not always that simple, just like the longwave pattern favored a huge BM type track on Feb 8th...but interference cause the low to be hundreds of miles east of that and prevented the longwave behind it from producing something close to the coast.
